RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • If your product is damaged then contact our support via email: contact@zageliving.com. We require images of the damage in order to fulfill the return request. 

  • If your product is missing a crucial piece, then a replacement will be sent to you free of charge within 30 days.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Zage Living item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Zage Living. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!

  • Returns will be collected by our third party courier service.
  • Customers have 14 days to contact us and arrange collection for returns.
  • Refunds normally take 7-10 working days.
