WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If your product is damaged then contact our support via email: email@example.com. We require images of the damage in order to fulfill the return request.
If your product is missing a crucial piece, then a replacement will be sent to you free of charge within 30 days.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Zage Living item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Zage Living. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
- Returns will be collected by our third party courier service.
- Customers have 14 days to contact us and arrange collection for returns.
- Refunds normally take 7-10 working days.
